Hellow,
I'm new on this messageboard and I'm sorry for my *bad* english .
I come from Belgium and I saw Starsailor at Werchter... It was the first time for me and I enjoyed it a lot... It was so wonderful !
My place was good but I didn't think do pictures (The show was too short )... I regret now but a security man gave me the set list. I was so happy .
I saw on the website "Go For music" some pictures but there are already on another topic.
I have a friend who have pictures and I will ask for them.
I want to go to Dranouter FolkFestival now |

Hi guys,
I've seen starsailor at the werchter festival, really amazing! I've got their second cd, and I really like silence is easy, but I thought the group would loose his power on stage...Absolutely not! We were standing on the first row, James was laughing all the time, anddd alcholic was amaaazing live, really! Good job guys, I've enjoyed the gig so much, even it was on the fourth day of the festival...Everyone was a bit tired (muse had played saturday night, you know ), but starsailor, you guys were really really fantastic! I will buy their first album asap anddd...I try to get to the dranouter festival, maybe see you there! We can started singing 'whohohoho' in silence is easy all over again at dranouter ! Search the pink muse shirt, that's meeee
Love your music guys, great job!

It was you ! It was so fun! After, everybody included James singing with you and I like the way of James finished the "whohohoho"! |

I was standing frontstage, I received the playlist too (wich they signed later) and I have a drum stick from Ben (I had already one from session in Marconi Studio, now I can start to drum )
Off course I go to Dranouter too, the day before they play in Germany, it's only 200 km driving so I go there too. Anyone that wants to drive with we can contact me.
Can't we do something to welcome them on Dranouter? Make a big flag or something??? _________________ Starsailor is the Best!!! James, please tie up my hands |

hello magalie and elisa
it's a small world...
yeah, they were really great!! I was standing at the first row too.
I had seen them 2 years ago as well and that concert was the best I've ever seen in my life so ofcourse I wanted to see them again this year.
and again they were fantastic!
I also want to come to dranouter but it's so far away.
I would have to travel 6 hours by train
and saturdays are always a bit difficult for me (I work on saturdays).
I'll see what I'll do... |

I would like to thank everybody in starsailor for the beautiful music. I put it on a lot in the evening when I go to bed and when I listen to it I 'm feeling completely happy (not that I'm a lonely unhappy person, more the contrary, but I'm even more happy and espacially at ease )
after the gig in werchter I almost had to cry, (okok tears were roling) probably because I 'm going abroad for a year soon and I have to say goodbye from my friends and the music made me really emotional. I was suprised of it myself but it left a deep impression, which I will never forget.
so hereby, I ow you guys big time for all these moments (I guess I can thank you all already in advance for my 20th birthday song, my wedding opening song and my funeral playlist ) so if one of you would ever go bakrupt or anything and I come across you under a paris bridge, let me know who you are and I will make shure for food and a roof
no seriously, your music means a lot to me and other people so please keep going,
lots of greets from a probably overemotional belgian girl
(but I really needed to let this out of my heart)
bye |

I sort of recognise this.
I often have to cry with starsailor's music.
especially the alcoholic-song. |
