Yes, they did!
It seems like a dream to me now, though...
Now I believe: they are REAL! You know, sometimes you cannot believe something until you see it with your very eyes.
Or was it just an illusion?

Anyway, I was at the front of the whole audience long before they came on the stage. And when they came I was holding a piece of paper on which I wrote "THANK GOODNESS U R HERE!", and which I was holding upside down(how stupid one could be at such times!). So the writing looked like Russian (does James know Russian?). Barry, Stel and James were there but Ben was not: he was sick, unfortunately:( [Get well soon, Ben!] They started with "Poor Misguided Fool" I think... I'm not sure of the order of the songs. They played:
Poor Misguided Fool, Silence Is Easy, Alchoholic, Music Was Saved, Tie Up My Hands, Four To The Floor, Good Souls( Very Happy

), Fidelity, Telling Them, from their albums, and one cover(my weak memory!), and one song I haven't heard before.

For almost one hour, even without Ben, they were spectecular! Absolutely superb! Fantastic! Those who could see Starsailor live are the lucky ones. If you haven't seen James on the stage singing, playing and changing guitars, jumping, laughing, joking, speaking in a foreign language he doesn't know; Stel smoking and watching James (he was cool); and Barry rocking the stage and the audience try to see them whatever the consequences. Life will prove that it will worth it!

I really wanted too much to go to backstage but it was impossible Crying or Very sad

. So, burying all into my heart Sad

I left the area. I heard someone had an interview with them. And the people who watched the interview said that they all were so humble, cute Wink

and gorgious Smile

! (These are objective opinions, I assure you) How I wished to meet them!!!

Well, as James said, it was a wonderful night for a concert.
Thank goodness they were there!

Don't make us wait too long, guys! We'll miss you!

Ben was in fact there on drums, it was Barry on keyboards that was poorly.

it was dark on the stage most of the time...and i am totally confused about who's who! Rolling Eyes

now i realize.. yes, ben was there on drums and i am blind Confused

Starsailor should definitely come back to Istanbul, especially for the sake of the idiots who missed the performance. (like me)

by the way, i think they'll come back next year. 'cos their eyes were sparkling Very Happy

when the audience was singigng all the songs..
