If anybody is interested I have details of the contact at Liverpool uni ............they're looking for Volunteers to help with various research. I've taken part in one experiment it was pretty damn good. Oh there we go................
This email is being sent to everybody who has contacted us about taking
part in our research at Liverpool Hope. Thanks to everyone who has
participated so far. There are still opportunities to take part in a
variety of projects...
Ganzfeld project
We are now past the half-way stage in this study examining apparently
telepathic experiences. We are still running sessions throughout
August, September and October so if you have not yet taken part, but
would like to do so, please get in touch. The project does require you
to be able to come to the Liverpool Hope campus. For more details visit
http://hopelive.hope.ac.uk/psychology/para/ganzfeld.htm or contact Louie
Savva ([email protected]).
ESP and 'visual noise'
If you have already taken part in the ganzfeld project, you might like
to take part in a separate study assessing 'visual noise' as a method of
generating imagery in an ESP task. This project is being conducted by
Stuart Cole, an MSc student at Liverpool Hope. For more details contact
Stuart Cole (email: [email protected]).
Mediumship project
We are about to begin a project examining the apparent abilities of
certain people who claim to be able to communicate with 'spirits' of
people who have died. We would like to recruit individuals who would be
interested in taking part in this project. The study would involve
rating transcripts of readings provided by a medium. For more details
contact Ciaran O'Keeffe ([email protected]).
Magazine article on 'paranormal' experiences
We have been contacted by a freelance writer who is planning to write
an article for a national magazine. She would like to hear from anyone
who has any unusual experience that might be described as paranormal
(e.g., telepathy, premonitions, ghosts, etc.) that they would like to
share with a wider audience. Her name is Jenny Smedley
(www.jennysmedley.com) and can be contacted at
[email protected].
(Please note that you will not be sent regular emails by the
Parapsychology Research Group. You will soon be able to sign up to join
our mailing list via our website.) _________________
