I wanted to go at Dranouter but it was impossible for me because of my exams...

Happy to see it was great Smile

Does somebody have the set list? Can you tell me which songs Starsailor played Saturday?

Tks Wink

I completely agree with that. I told my friends they should see this concert, because they never heard about starsailor (although they recognised the hits), and afterwords they were happy they did. Wink
They show in Werchter got very good critical aclaim, but i think this one was even better. The atmosphere in this huge tent fitted the music of starsailor better than a medow with 50.000 people by daylight...

I felt super! that's for sure.
The play list I don't have.
He played Alcoholic, Tie up my Hands, Some of Us, Silence is Easy, Good Souls, Four to the Floor, Born Again, ..... the new song, and finished with a cover from U2 Where the streets have no name

I also went to the Dranouter gig. Actu. I bought my ticket most for tom barman, but this guy just dissappointed me soooo much (awful performance, only played 40 minutes).

But the starsailor show was really really great. The best show I saw this year! The frontman of starsailor is really so friendly to his audience, charmed me a lot! Hope see starsailor again in Belgium.

Does someone know the setlist of the Dranouter gig?

Indeed, Tom Barman was not good at all, what a disgusting attitude...
It's a petty, because the day before he performed with DEUS at Haldern (also before the Starsailor gig) and then the show was great!
I'm glad that Starsailor did not dissapoint you !
welcome to Lies and Randy to the message board from me too

I heard from a lot of people that tom barman was dissapointing and I find it a bit strange because he seems a likeable person to me.
maybe he had his period Rolling Eyes

I liked the gig of tom barman, but it seemed he don't want perform, like he was very angry...(started insult his pianist, even the crowd Rolling Eyes ) After his gig, the whole crowd was yelling 'we want more', but after ten minutes, the crew started 'cleaning' -hihi, don't know how to translate this-
But starsailor, all I can say, keep on playing fantastic gigs, amazing! When James started singing Alcoholic, silence was verrrry easy in the big tent of dranouter Wink

Thanks!

The most important thing for me that day was to see Starsailor, I was there on the first row to see Tom Barman as well, but only because I wanted to have a good place to see Starsailor.
The gig was not bad at all, but like he was angry with the audiance talking too much I can understand a bit, there was too much noice in the huge tent. But Starsailor did not have any problems to let them shut their mouths Smile... so what's the conclusion?

If Barman doesn't want 'noise', he has to play only theater gigs, no festivals, it's his problem. I haven't speak and wanted a FULL set (not 40 minutes...). Anyway, sold all my dEUS stuff in my local 2th hand shop and get more then the price of my ticket back Very Happy

I also think that the music of Starsailor is 10 times better when they play it in the dark.

Anyone has the setlist of the Dranouter gig? I have some pictures, if ou want them please mail me at [email protected]
