The prizewinners have been drawn and informed and they will be announced here as soon as they have all acknowledged. For those who haven't been lucky this time, there will be another competition in a few weeks.

I am delighted to finally announce our Message Board competition to celebrate the Starsailor Christmas gig at Parr Hall, Warrington on Friday 13th December.

I have three wonderful prizes to give away;

A pair of tickets to the Parr Hall Starsailor gig (you need to organise your own travel etc.).

or . . .

A signed piece of Starsailor memorabilia and Love is Here T-shirt for people in the UK who don't want to enter for the gig tickets.

or . . .

A signed piece of Starsailor memorabilia and Love is Here T-shirt, exclusively open to overseas entrants.

To enter, answer the question below and either send me a Private Message (by clicking the PM button below) or e-mail me at [email protected] (you can click the e-mail button below) with the following information:

The message must contain:

1) the answer to the question below;
2) your MB username (please don't change it until after the deadline or your entry can't be verified);
3) your MB registered e-mail address;
4) the prize you want to be entered for; the gig, the UK signed item or the overseas signed item.

Entries must be received by 5pm (17:00) GMT on Friday 6th December 2002. All correct and valid entries at that time will be put into a hat and one winner drawn for each prize. The winner will be informed by Private Message and/or e-mail after the deadline. Only one entry per person and for one category only. The instructions above will form the rules of the competition and any incorrectly submitted entries will be disqualified without explanation. The judges' decision is final.

I now have the competition prizes here, the T-shirt is already shown above. I have a few signed items, including a signed record bag (the blue one in the right of the photo below), a signed copy of the Love is Here songbook, also shown and some signed promo only 7" vinyl singles and stickers.

As I've now decided, on account of Starsailor's management being so generous with the prizes they provided, to offer a runner up prize in each category, adding three more prizes in total - I will offer the list of prizes to each of the winners in the following order, to choose the one they'd like from a list I'll send;

1. Overseas signed item 1st prize [signed item + T shirt]
2. UK signed item 1st prize [signed item + T shirt]
3. Overseas signed item 2nd prize [newly added prize, signed item only]
4. UK signed item 2nd prize [newly added prize, signed item only]
5. Parr Hall gig ticket runner up [newly added prize, signed item only]
(6. The Parr Hall gig ticket winner will obviously get a pair of tickets.)

Any remaining prizes will be held over for another competition in a few weeks.
