I wonder if I'll have any chance to see some snow this year...
High: pouring rain yesterday, now it's shinny but a little bit cooler  ... (I begin to appreciate the climate here)
High 2: went to another Wildlife Park yesterday morning, have got some nice pics to upload here ...

LOW: What's up with the Cork climate???????!!!! 
I was caught in a shower, or rather monsoon, which soaked me till the bone. I was so scared my camera would get wet! My umbrella is completely ruined, the pole in the middle actually broke in 2 pieces. It was a new umbrella. The drainage here is terrible, I had to wade through a foot deep water several times. Which didn't matter because my shoes were already completely soaked anyways.
HIGH: In general, people here are friendlier than in Holland. I cannot say it any differently. A car actually stopped in the middle of that shower to ask if I was alright and perhaps needed a lift! Over the past couple of days I've encountered many of these spontaneous help offers, which I thought very friendly and considerate.

Yes, it happened to me many times in Dublin and here in Sydney, even in Marseille, but never in Paris ...
