It should be available everywhere now, this is an old topic and the dates are actually 2002 - so I'll edit that now. If you can't buy it locally, you can certainly get it mail order on-line from http://www.amazon.co.uk and http://www.townsend-records.co.uk/ - I've just been on their site on another matter and saw they had it in stock. There are many places on-line that you should be able to buy it.
