I saw Muse too last week and they were fantastic. What a show! I'd never seen them before then but have wanted to for ages. I had high expectations, and they didn't disappoint. They really are a great live band to see.
Oh, and Matt looked rather yummy. _________________ Four to the Floor will be an anthem |

You're both right - Muse were very good indeed, but let's not forget support band Elbow who were astounding also. Who would have thought Mr Garvey could sing so beautifully?
True enough about Muse too. 3 men and a volcano of music. Ballons, ticker tape, and good lights and strobes, with tender whirlwinds spitting from Matt's guitar, piano and throat.

Yep, you're right. Let's not forget Elbow. They were really good, a great show opener. I hadn't seen them before and I thought Guy's voice was lovely. I just kept remembering the video for Fallen Angel and the piano that falls on Guy at the end! I liked that they had voilinists (?not sure if that's what they're called) too, it added to the atmosphere.
Two of those big white balloons burst over my little area at the gig and when I got home I had loads of little white bits of paper everywhere - great stuff! I could'nt get over Matt's vocals, and his piano skills. I liked the way a camera was focused on his hands on the keyboard - it made me realise what a skilled muscician he is. _________________ Four to the Floor will be an anthem |
