Who is opening for Starsailor in the US for 2004?

I've heard rumors of Tim Burgess being pulled out on some dates. Is this true?

I just heard that Matthew Ryan will be opening for Starsailor from 28 Jan 04 in Chicago through 12 Feb 04 in San Diego. Are you familiar with him?
