I am a total newbie. Never even heard of these guys til a friend asked me to see them with her last night at the Fine Line in Mpls. It was an awesome show - I can't remember the last time I saw a band that was so much fun to watch! Truly a flawless performance. I intend to locate the new cd this weekend.

I saw a couple of the guys at their bus in the afternoon when I went to get tickets and all I got to say "Do you know how cold it was? GET HATS!"

And the front man (sorry I don't know names yet) - I think his dimples would be charming even if he weren't (although I am sure they all are).

Seriously - I have not enjoyed a show so much in AGES. YEAH!

anyways. it was my first sail and i felt so lucky. standing in line someone offered me their extra ticket for free.

Welcome, glad you had a great time. Yes, two Jameses - James Walsh; singer and guitarist, James 'Stel' Stelfox; bassist, Barry 'ginger magic' Westhead; keyboards and last, but definitely not least, Ben Byrne; drummer - he's the one in my avatar <<.

Stel . . . smile . . . indeed he does and it's well worth waiting for. His Mum was on the receiving end of the top one. I think he just concentrates hard when he's working - but there is a lot of laughter around them.
