Just found out that one of my fave Guitar players from the 1980s has died.

That's made me search through the vinyl collection for some Siouxsie & The Banshees - plumped for 'juju'.

JuJu is the best Banshees album..........sheer class.

Not a bad track on it.....my fave being Night Shift and Into The Light

I saw Siouxsie and the Banshees twice in the 80s in Bradford, both times John was playing Guitar....he was their best guitar player.

I was even a member of the Banshees fan clun for a few years.

Had everything on Vinyl.

People think I named myself Peekaboo after the Siouxsie and the Banshees' track of that name. I didn't.

I told you where it came from a while ago - even posted a photo of the man who inspired it. Babylon 5 - Security Chief Michael Garibaldi? Ring no bells?

Well I've never seen Babylon 5 so it didn't help me much - my TV education is sadly lacking! David might know though.

Peekaboo was his password to the Babylon 5 security grid. I was choosing a non-identifyable word for an e-mail address when we very first went on-line in 1996 and all the ones I wanted were taken and we tried allsorts and I was glancing round the room trying to think of something suitable and my eyes fell on my B5 poster - and fortunately it wasn't taken. I used Peekaboo for a long time on UseNet and it gradually got shortened to Boo - hence the apostrophe; 'Boo.
