James will be performing an acoustic set in the Live Lounge on Jo Whiley's show tomorrow (Wednesday 3rd September) on BBC Radio 1 between 10:00 and 12:45 - see http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/jowhiley/ - the radio output is played through the web site and Live Lounge sets are usually archived for a couple of weeks after the event, on her site.

Starsailor are also playing three live tracks on Zoe Ball's teatime show on London radio station XFM tomorrow between 16:00 and 19:00 - also web cast, see http://www.xfm.co.uk and Zoe's page at http://www.xfm.co.uk/Article.asp?id=4476

When I decided to post the reminder, I was busy thinking about the web broadcasts that overseas members can access, so completely forgot about the domestic TV.

A clip of the Silence is Easy video is going to be played on Top of the Pops Saturday on the BBC this weekend (within the Saturday Show from 9:00am on Saturday) and is one of three featured videos you can vote for under their 'Singles Out' feature. You can vote for Starsailor at either http://www.bbc.co.uk/cbbc/saturdayshow/totps/videovote/index.shtml (looks like you can only vote once though from each computer - I tried different browsers and it still thanked me for my vote) or e-mail them at [email protected] - I suspect you're supposed to be able to preview the three videos on the web page, but that doesn't appear to be happening. The other two vids are Big Brovaz / Baby Boy and Black Eyed Peas / Where Is The Love? Presumably whichever wins will then be played in full on the show on Saturday.

the late late show is irish. all kids in ireland are brough up on it - it's a bit like the des o connor show - but good. bloody good.
