If anyone is a fan of blur then tickets for their upcoming tour in the UK go on sale on Saturday 6th September at 9am.

Glasgow Barrowlands (November 21)
Liverpool Royal Court (24)
Wolverhampton Civic Hall (25)
Manchester Apollo (28th)
London Brixton Academy (December 2/3)
Dublin Olympia (7th & 8th)
Brighton Centre (11)
Bournemouth BIC (12)

These are the dates!

why is everyone touring in the next few months? i'm already seeing Starsailor in September, and Stereophonics, The Cooper Temple Clause and Radiohead in Novemer... ll whilst i'm meant to be at uni! theres no way i can really go to any more... Sad

If you are a member of the blur website then you can get tickets on Friday a day earlier than everyone else!

dont waste your money. find a video you probably have [if you are a REAL blur fan] sitting at the back of your wardrobe of a blur gig from way back in the day, before Damon needed a security guard to hold his hand so the meany crowd doesnt pull him in and kill him, and watch that in the comfort of your own home for free, with popcorn, and a large quantity of beer, and a duvet. there, isnt that much better? i lost all faith in blur at Leedsfest, Damon looked like Ronan Keating and they sounded shite, and they were boring. the spicy chiops i went away to buy were more interesting. Damon didnt even sing parklife, some old codge came out and did it for him because he has lost everything that ever made him cool.

It didnt help that the next day, back at frankies, we watched live forever and they had old blur footage, from when they were decent....

I think i officially now choose Oasis, if i have to.

Cool! I have never seen blur live although I have been a fan since I was about 13! Noone else liked them so i could never go to concerts/gigs etc Sad

But now I dont care, I'd go on my own if I had to, although I dont have to cos my mates coming with me Smile
