It was incredible! It was my 1st Starsailor Gig and won't be my last! Setlist was like (random order): Shark Food, Alcoholic, Music Was Saved, Love Is Here, Four To The Floor, Telling Them, Poor Misguided Fool, Tie Up My Hands, Silence Is Easy, Lullaby, Fidelity, Born Again - Fever and Good Souls (anything else?) at the encore. We had to leave during the encore cause we didn't want to miss out our last train home. Oh, and James played the 1st verse and the chorus of Everybody Hurts by REM, what a nice version. I think he forgot the text as he wanted to continue this song, so he improvised a little Wink

I like it how James speaks with the audience, we had to sing Born Again ("I was born again, I was born again, not into the world...") Razz

I made some photos, I hope they won't be too dark cause I wasn't allowed to use a flash.

Hello "crybaby"! Yes it was a beatifull gig! I got the setlist and it was not exactly what you write...In fact it was the usual order: Sharkfood,Music was saved,alcoholic,poor misguided fool,Fidelity,Lullaby(James dedicated this song to me Very Happy

!!!Yes for the guy from Brussel!!!),Everybody hurts(REM) he forgot the words!!!and laught with that!,an other cover(?), telling them,love is here, 4 to the floor,born again,tie up my hands,silence is easy....+fever and good souls! James sings also another from U2, but not "where the streets has no name as usual!

We stand in the 1st row in front of the speakers on the right side.

I was also on the right side second row!!just in front of the "uggly"security bodyguard !!!We were less than 2 meters of each other! Very Happy

Hehe, yes. This security man stood always in the way, so his head is on all of my pictures, I think And he looked very grim at me cause I took pictures. Do you remember me perhaps? I wore a blue Starsailor shirt and black pants...

I saw these pink Starsailor stickers on a table and I thought this were just promo stickers or something like that and I wanted to take some of them, but then I noticed the stickers were backstage passes for the photographers from the press Embarassed

Shortly after that a security guy dressed me down. I was so innocent Wink

Yes, I received them, nice ones! You really didn't stand far away from me.

You know, I got those green pass (photo-after show) in Bruussel AB so I got the chance to meet James backstage, but I didn't know there were the same in Koln If only I have known I have here two pass in my hands Crying or Very sad

Same for me back in Belgium just after midnight, but didn't slept before 1h30...and wake up at 6h30...for the children...they have to go to school!!! Confused

Gosh, that was brill again. Well we were all really close. I was also 1st row, on James' lefthanded side... And guess what I managed to take pics without that terrible (and so important!) security bloke....

I met James again at Eins Live yesterday afternoon Smile

When I read your PM when I returned last night I knew it was you James dedicated the song to Smile

At the last gig in Cologne he dedicated Good Souls to me so we must be somehow related Laughing

Well yeah, for the second time. Even better was Cologne in August. It was a very small audience in a very small club. We stood like face to face with the band. When we wanted to go home after the gig, James was sitting outside, chilling. That was really the very best moment. I talked to him, he signed my tickets, promised they would return to Cologne this year and didn't want to believe I wasn't British, as I have a bit of a Mancunian accent Laughing

NO unfortunately I didn't see you. But I only read your PM after the gig (didn't check them before...) and as you were saying you're coming especially from Belgium I knew it was you when he dedicated the song to Brussels...
