My stomach's telling me it's lunchtime -
I think I'll knock up a quick steak with a red wine sauce, served on a bed of creamed potatoes with asparagus tips and green beans, and half a bottle of Merlot.
OK then dreamtime over ...
Cheese and pickle sarnie and a cup of tea !!
How about you good people ? _________________ Did I mention I met Yes on the 16th June ? |

Can you cook? Really? I LOVE it when men can cook properly. Not necessarily in an 'ooh matron' kind of way. I just find it very attractive.
My parent's friend, Rheki, is a sikh and he cooks FANTASTIC Indian goodies. I could watch him for hours.
He also sews quite bloody well, his wife barely has to lift a finger.
So jealous.
I had a prawn and lettuce barm/bap/bread roll for my lunch, and a bottle of water. _________________

For lunch today I had cheese, caramelised red onion and walnut tart with salad and new potatoes, at Nunnington Hall, North Yorkshire.
Yesterday I had a great Italian meal at Brio's in Leeds (after going to see Harry Potter!) as Mr O already knows, and on Tuesday evening I had chicken wrapped in basil leaves and Parma ham with rosti and ribbons of courgette and carrot, followed by Swiss chocolate torte with organic ice cream, at Betty's in York.
Yes folks, it's my week off work! I don't eat this well every week! _________________ "All that we send into the lives of others comes back into our own"

Forgot the drinks! Well, unremarkable except for a wonderful Suavignon Trentino with the Italian. Although the elderflower cordial and spring water was nice at lunch today! Resisted the Pimms at Betty's _________________ "All that we send into the lives of others comes back into our own"
