The first time I saw the video for Good Souls, I ran out and bought the CD. This has got to be the most amazing album I've listened to in a long time. However, there is know one I can share the glory with here in New Jersey. I've tried to get my friends on these guys but they think I'm a little dodgy for listening to them. So I was just wondering if there was anyone else in the USA that likes thes guys as much as I do. Welcome. There are all sorts of nationalities who hang around here, including several Starsailor fans Stateside and in Canada. Flick through the posts in the busiest of the forums 'Anything you Like' and on most posts, the nationality appears in the left column under their avatar - and you'll see several regulars from across the Atlantic. Trust me, you're not alone and we all understand here - you can take refuge here amongst friends. _________________ Keeper of Good Souls Interactive at Starsailor.net

I'm from Canada eh. And I was lucky enough (along with about 600 others) to see a sold-out show at a local club in March of 2002, right after Love Is Here came out in North America.
I haven't seen any official release date for Silence Is Easy for the North American market so I ordered the CD as an import. I hate it when they stagger international release dates... don't they know it kills crazy Brit-obsessed people like me?
P.S. Come back to Ottawa guys! You rocked my world! |

I posted this elsewhere recently:
I've just had a message confirming that the US release of Silence is Easy will be early 2004 (no actual date yet) - hopefully live dates and/or appearances will support the release around that time.
The European tour dates will be announced on Starsailor.net in the next few days. The release date of Silence is Easy is Monday (15th September) in Europe and it came out in Japan last week.
Unfortunately, releases tend to stagger in different regions for various reasons and if nothing else, they can't promote the album, make appearances and live dates in more than one place at once - so the releases are staggered and they can progress from one region to another in turn to show their faces and perform for you. You'd be equally unhappy if they released the album at the same time as the UK and Europe, but didn't bother to fly over and perform. This way, you have to wait a little longer, but will get a better quality experience when the time comes - you have something to look forward to. _________________ Keeper of Good Souls Interactive at Starsailor.net

I'm from the US. I first heard about them on MTV2's Artists to watch before Love is Here came out. I saw them once, I hope they release thier new album in the US and come tour here. I'm from near Philly by the way. |
