I asked at Brixton, had a sign too. Wasn't played.
I then mentioned it to Jim and Stel in Paris; in Marseille (I believe) shortly after they replayed it for the first time since 2002, I believe.
The Camden one was for me (Stel's words!!!)

I Was heavily under the impression it was for Emma and I see a fight about to break out, so Im gonna d what I did when I was a kid and go hide in my bedroom whilst rocking backwards and forward and sing a wham song to myself.

It was meant to be for me, Stel clearly got vey confused. Nick and I are still arguing about it a year later!
I had mentioned it again to James at the aftershow party at Brixton where he laughed and said it wasnt a She Just Wept kind of crowd but did promise to play it another time. Which he did, at Camden, so it was for me really. So ner, ner, ner, ner, ner to Nick

Counter claim...
I spoke to James whilst queuing before the gig at Brixton, and he said he'd try and fit it in the set.
I held the sign I had up at the start of the encore.
Richard in the aftershow recognised me as 'the She Just Wept' guy.
Right back at you Emma!!!!!

I refer you to the previous posts and the fact that I had been heckling James to play it since the accoustic gigs in Manchester and Leeds, therefore predating you by some months.
Oh, and you wouldnt have been the aftershow without me, so just remember that young man!!!!!

Well, I'll concede that you win in regards to lobbying James for the song in the September OTO Promo shows.
HOWEVER........
Did James dedicate it anyone ? Nah.
Only Stel

Same as I was thinking. But Stel ought to remember me next time. He's got 2 of my drawings now so he has no excuse! Someone else was nice enough to remember me though last time
