When I saw this photo I recognised it immediately. I visited it with family when I was 13 but never knew where it was. I had it in my head that it was in Wales, and before the days of the internet, and having no-one to ask, I tried to find it on maps, in magazines etc, but never found it. But now I have, thanks to David. It has bought back some lovely memories. I visited it when it first opened and I think there were only about 7 houses rebuilt. It was a hot sunny day, just the same as in the Davids photo.
Isn't it wonderful how you visit this board, have so many friends, most of whom you have never met, and feel part of something really special?

Hi Pam
I'm glad my picture brought back some memories back for you and finally answered some old questions you had.

We took this photo in Spain on my last holiday in a place called Guadalest. Mr Bautista obviously did not get the message that alcohol and cigarettes can shorten your life expectancy!

Hi all
I'm back from Ireland . It was wonderful , we saw so much beautiful places , I think I never can show you on a picture how beautiful it realy was.
I'm uploading my pictures now and will show you some as soon as I'm ready .
It was nice to know that I stayed a couple of days in the same hotel as James Walsh
