i did that and when i clicked on buy tickets it just kept asking me to buy the album; i have about 8 albums and NO ticket access
i have to go out now I'll do it later

Sorry, I've been on the phone etc. trying to get to the bottom of this as it hasn't been done quite as we were expecting, there will be a page for this on the new site in a few days, so this is a temporary fix for the pre-sale.

You buy your CD, then click the button to 'back to shop' and then 'buy tickets' in the top menu near your account and the option for tickets appears.

As Nick has found, the download link comes in a separate e-mail after the confirmation.

I had to come right out of the site after I'd bought the cd and log back in again to get access to tickets....but finally I've got some.......yay!!!!!!!!

Mandie, you'll have to cancel the purchases for the duplicate copies - I was typing as fast as I could to get answers and work it all - but you were too fast for me to get back with the answer.

So, I'm at work, with a very slow Internet connection. Can I order the album, then the tickets afterwards? Sorry in advance if this question was already answered.

I think so, judging by Mandie's message - the fact that you've bought the CD will be recorded with your account and if you log in again, you should be able to select 'buy tickets' and get them from there.

After presales for Starsailor and another artist this morning, my bank account is looking depleted Embarassed

First time I've bought through the forum, so was really impressed by how smoothly buying the CD/download and tickets went. The fact that there was only one postage charge levied for all the tickets I bought was good news too. The other presale I was on (by a well known ticket agency who shall remain nameless) charged £4.95 p&p for each ticket!!!

A massive thanks to whoever organises the ticket sales for having the common sense to arrange for all four tickets to go in one envelope Very Happy
