Lol..... Emmi, you'll do better than me I manage "roight" and make myself as unmemorable as possible. Apart from when Gollum and I saw Stel and Ben in a pub and I shook his hand for way too long.

Shame I didnt meet you theano - should have arranged to meet at a certain time or something maybe some other gig some other time.

Tour manager was Andrew, who is the band's manager too. First time he's been doing both roles, I'm sure he said.
Also, why did another crowd choose 'This Time' when 'Born Again' is on offer!?!?!
The end of another tour - brief but good fun - and seeing faces old and new was a joy.

Hahaha  Actually I did 'chat' to James but it was an accident. I saw him and Stel and 2 other guys walking in Utrecht. I needed Stel, but only managed to say 'James' who then stopped while that bloody bassist kept on walking!  So then I had to say something and managed "Are you shopping before the gig then?" I mean, shopping???! Four guys, shopping?! Obviously, they turned out to be looking for a pub

Was indeed - on both counts. He's James's brother too.
I'd meant to answer theano myself too, but then couldn't re-find where I'd read it.

sorry roxihart you had a few problems going from Bristol to Bath on Wednesday. I'm also from Bristol but was able to arrange transport etc.
Perhaps next time the boys are in this part of the world and you need transport or company, we can sort something out. I know what its like to be on one's own at these venues - a bit overawing, especially for an oldie like me.
The whole show was brilliant. Not sure about James' new look. |

I like this community spirit that's coming out in terms of transportation to the shows. If only trains weren't so bad I would have gone to Bath on Tuesday!

I should have hired a mini bus and driven us all down; I still have a valid bus and coach licence. Next year eh? The SSMB magical mystery tour |
