Hello
I have been reading this board for a few months now and have decided to join hope you dont mind!
As I have been blinkered by other bands I love I have only just started listening to starsailor and I LOVE! them cant beleive I have missed out all these years.
Me and my husband took the train from London to chesterfield on Saturday for my first ever starsailor gig and I was blown away it was brilliant ! Jame's voice is amazing and the setlist was perfect I love the new songs.
I was really surprised by the crowd the ages ranged from 25 - 50's.
Also have to mention the support band Stars on 45 who we loved (and my husband is a music snob! he never likes anyone) I would love to see more of them.

Hi All -I'm relatively new here, well I've posted once or twice before back in November 2006 after seeing Starsailor support James Blunt in the US.
It's been a long wait, but I finally got to see them again at the Winding Wheel in Chesterfield and they were brilliant. The opening acoustic set reminded me of the solo set James Walsh did at the House of Blues in LA.
I got a few decent videos - one of Fever, which someone has already found on YouTube:

I'm also currently uploading Lullaby and will post the link when available. Unfortunately security then told me I wasn't allowed to continue to use my camera in the electric set. Not sure whether this was an artist or venue stipulation.
Being new to this msg board though, I need some advice about the remaining video I have of Wrong Side of Life. I'm not sure of the protocol around here and, as I think this is as yet unreleased, wondered whether it's okay to upload and share. Perhaps 'Boo can advise. |

It has always been a record label stipulation that unreleased new works are not openly published please. In theory, no media should be, but for the moment, we're allowing live material as an experiment only. We may potentially return to a blanket ban in future, so caution on what is posted is advisable please.
